Returns
Our goal is to have you completely satisfied with the artwork you purchase from us. We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if eligible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Claims having an error from our part are covered at our expense. No refunds will be provided for claims related to incorrect size(s) selected by you.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@ëlement.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please keep in mind that its your responsibility to pay for the return shipping with a tracking number.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order within 24 hours of receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make the necessary arrangements.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unclaimed
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable). Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
